The site provides information and tools for planning observation of solar eclipses visible from Spain. It includes a free Spectator mode and an optional Pro Planner layer with advanced tools through a one-time payment. The information is provided for educational and guidance purposes.

Users agree to use the site diligently and in accordance with the law. It may not be used for unlawful activities, to affect service operation or to extract data in bulk when this harms availability for others.

4. Information, maps and scores

Maps, scores, simulations and estimates are not a guarantee of real observing conditions. TresEclipses does not guarantee weather, accessibility, permissions, site safety, road conditions, crowd levels or uninterrupted service availability.

5. Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, TresEclipses texts, design, brand, original content and visual elements belong to its owner. Third-party sources, services and data linked or used retain their own licences and terms.

6. External links

The site may include links to third-party pages, maps, technical providers, authentication or payments. TresEclipses does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

7. Pro Planner

Pro Planner is an optional one-time paid access to advanced features until January 27, 2028. It is not a subscription. Payment is processed through Paddle and may be subject to their purchase, tax, refund and verification terms.

8. Responsibility

Final observation planning is each user's responsibility. Local conditions, site safety, access rules, weather forecasts and instructions from competent authorities must always be checked.
